Hello, in short we are a hardworking family of 3, looking for short term rentals. We eventually are looking to downsize residence, so we are putting up a spare room with a small walk in closet, private half bathroom, a sideways entrance, and driveway parking. The house is close to the freeway, so you can expect the neighborhood to be noisy.
