There is a beautiful backyard and also plenty of parking in the driveway. It is located in a quiet and safe community, 10 minutes away from Wilmington and 20 minutes away from the University of Delaware, Newark. All utilities are included gas, electric, water, and internet/wifi. We have va bi-weekly cleaning service, which will also be included.
