Looking for a Roommate in Dana Point!

Hey there! My name is Jennifer. I’m looking for a roommate who’s down-to-earth, responsible, kind, and clean. I’m pretty easygoing and definitely appreciate an organized and respectful living space. Bonus points if you like to hang out occasionally—grabbing dinner, hitting the beach, or just chilling but no pressure to be best friends.

I have a small dog, Blue (half Dachshund, half Papillon), who’s super sweet. Ideally, I’d prefer no other pets, but if you have a small dog, we can discuss and set up a meet-and-greet.

A little about me—I’m independent and enjoy my personal space, but I also love a good conversation. Although I do enjoy the occasional party and would love to have some dinner parties here, I’d prefer not to have big parties brought back home. No smoking inside (outside is fine), and overall, just looking for someone who’s respectful and easy to live with.

My current roommate has lived with me for a couple of years, but she got accepted to college in San Diego. Super sad about it, but I totally support her, we all move on! Now, I’m looking to find someone who’s awesome to fill the spot.

The place:
• bath in Dana Point
• You’ll have your own Master bedroom and private bathroom
• Ocean view from the window (!!)
• -min walk / 2-min drive to the beach
• Great neighborhood with shopping (Nordstrom Rack, restaurants, etc.) across the street
• Easy access to San Clemente, San Diego, and Irvine (only min away!)
• Move-in date: May rent is $ plus utilities.
