Looking for Roommate in Long Beach

Hi I’m looking for a roommate! Private bedroom, shared bathroom, there is an enclosed garage space if interested. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly and cat friendly. I’m pretty laid back I spend most of my time skating, snowboarding, hanging with friends and family. I like to go out more often than I have people over but I’m super open. I’m going to be doing renovations (adding dishwasher, changing light fixtures, moving in furniture) over the next two weeks ! Would love to have a roommate by May, April is preferred (sooner the better). I commute to Orange County 4 days a week for work and work remote on Fridays. Move in Date, rent, parking, etc. are all negotiable.
