Looking for a room!

Hi, I’m Nicolette! I am looking for a room for rent near midtown. I work full time as an interior designer M-F and go to school part time online. During the weekdays I keep things pretty mellow and am usually studying at night after work. I have a hybrid schedule so I typically WFH on Thursdays & Fridays. I like to have fun on the weekends like trying new cafes/restaurants, hiking, going to farmers markets, wineries etc. I am open to homes that might like to have small gatherings for birthdays, game nights, holiday party’s, summer BBQs, etc on the weekends, but no major partying. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful. I’d love to be roommates who can hang out and enjoy each other’s company occasionally while also respecting each other’s independence and space!

My preferences:

arly May move in
-🚙 In Midtown/Downtown preferably, but open to places that a a short drive away
-📋 Month to month or 6 month lease only
-💁‍♀️🌈 Female roommate(s) only. Open to LGBTQ+ roomies as well!
-🛁 Private Bath preferred

-🐱❌- No cats, I absolutely adore them, but I’m super allergic!
-🐶 ✅ Home with dogs are welcome! No allergies to dogs. Love furry friends!
-👯‍♀️ I’m looking for a place with few roommates. A smaller household just works better for me!
