Live on the lake! Two rooms for rent walking distance to Lake Linganore, with all amenities and utilities included. Rooms are spacious and have one shared bathroom between the two occupants. Whoever moves in first gets a say on who the second roommate will be. I call the neighborhood "the Shire", it's very cozy and quiet, an easy minutes from rt and from downtown Frederick.
