LGBTQ+ Friendly...Full basement for rent in July, including shared washer/ dryer. Basement has a microwave and air fryer, but if other cooking is needed, you are welcome to use the kitchen. Washer/ dryer is shared so, we will have to schedule that usage as to interfere with you. Entrance is from the main door to the house. Couple lives in and owns the house. Looking for a man or woman, no pets and you'd need to be comfortable with the owner (M) not wearing much if any clothes and I am comfortable if you do the same. You are welcome to use the decks, including roof top woth fire pit and lounge chairs. Looking for a quiet, respectful person that pays on time and cares for the property and causes no drama. Multi Month payment discount is available! Basement is rented till June.
