Need Roommate in East Mesa!

Description

Need a th roommate by mid March! One of my current roommates are moving out and the remaining 3 of us are looking for a replacement to take over the remainder of her lease. The house is located in Cadence and has a beautiful community center including 2 huge pools, a hot tub, gym, party rooms, and various sport courts. The room is monthly rent plus monthly utilities which usually range from fifty to a hundred per person depending on usage. Move-in deposit= 1 month’s pay.
The room available has a bathroom shared with the other upstairs roommate.
