Room in chill home, private bath

Description

Large bedrooms, huge backyard for entertaining, and a private bath for each person. Garage space will be included for either a car or storage. There will only be myself and one roommate total in the home.

Room will come furnished or unfurnished, I can provide a basic queen bed, desk and dresser upon request.

You will have free run of the house, all that I ask is you keep the same standard of cleanliness that I have. Be respectful. It’s a bachelor’s pad so having dates or friends over is fine. LGBT friendly.

Expect rent to be $k deposit, all inclusive.
