Short term lease to possible year lease in bath apartment. You will have a year old female roommate who has furnished all of the shared space. She also has a dog and cat. Looking for a woman to take over my current lease (i am moving to seattle in March) If you are responsible, and very clean, this is the place for you! Lease from April th with an option to renew a new lease after. You will need to pay for application fee and get approved. Rent is $ for electric and $ for wifi.
