Open room with private bath available in a two bedroom and two and a half bath townhouse in West Seattle/Westwood Village. The house is less than a three min drive to Westwood Village that includes grocery stores, gym, and other businesses like Target, Ross, Marshall's, etc. Only a twenty min drive to downtown Seattle and includes easy access to metro. All utilities, internet, and parking is all inclusive in the rent. No pets are allowed in the house in an effort to keep the house clean. I'm clean, quiet, and respectful and looking for the same. I work in South Lake Union four days a week and work remotely from home one day a week. Open to twelve month leases. Move-in fee is fully refundable at the end of the lease.
