-Rent is an amazing price! $ plus utilities (usually only about $/person including wifi). Our landlord just wants responsible tenants so he hasn’t raised the rent in all the time I’ve lived here.

I’m a year old freelance theatre artist and I also work as a nanny and caregiver. I have 2 overnights with her each week (Sun and Tues) which might be nice for a roommate who values having some built-in alone time in the space. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, exploring fun things in Denver and the mountains, cozy weekend mornings reading and doing NYT puzzles, and generally trying to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
 
In a roommate, I value being friendly and hanging out and cooking together sometimes. I like to host a board game or movie night with or so friends about once a month so I’m looking for someone who would be okay with that (and welcome to join!). It’s important to me to stay on top of cleaning, especially the kitchen since it is relatively small, but I totally have grace for a dish left out here and there and like to be in a relaxed but respectful environment. I’m happy to match other people’s level of tidiness though as I can be known to leave a sweater on the couch or book on the coffee table or things like that that might bother others. Overall I think with open communication we can find our own balance! I really value maintaining a cute n cozy living space and have lots of plants and decorations and welcome you to add your own style.
