A trustworthy and kind roommate!

Hello I am a laid back, yr old, single mom of two boys (I only have them on weekends and more during school breaks) looking for someone with either a spacious room to rent or free to apartment search for an affordable ba with me! I have a puppy who will a big boy soon too! A German shepherd/bully mix/ fixed and has all his shots! I am disabled so I am usually home and I do a lot of gaming when I can! There will be times I’ll want company over but I’m great at communicating and always respectful and responsible!

I can pay up to $ in rent and we can communicate/divide utility bills!

I am looking to move between Natomas area and Carmichael areas the end of January beginning of February !
