Looking for room PET FRIENDLY

Hello I am an emergency room RN looking for a room in a house or an apartment with yard or patio access (Apt propbably doesn’t work with my price range) for about or less with utilities included. I have 2 dogs and a tiny dwarf cat. One dog is an ESA, both are trained to use doggy door and have had no rental complaints or damages for 3 years. My area I am hoping for is Jurupa Valley, Riverside, Ontario, Corona, etc. I have good credit and my income qualifies. I don’t smoke and I work night shift. My partner is usually my only visitor. If anyone has leads about a place that may work please let me know. I’m trying to make a change so I can really save up for a year or two. Available in February. Best!
