It is in a beautiful house in the west part of town in a quiet suburb minutes from Downtown Summerlin with easy freeway access. Price includes all utilities, Dish Network, high-speed internet (WiFi) and professional maid service (cleaning) once a month. Room has customized closet, is cable ready and comes with its own private bathroom. Room is furnished and available at beginning of October. We are looking for a dependable, responsible and respectful female professional to share the home. House will have a total of 3 roommates living in it. Must be drug, smoke and drama free.
