Me and my 3 roommates are subleasing each of our rooms for the spring semester! Each room has their own private bathroom and dual privacy locks. Washer and Dryer is located inside the unit as well as a TV in the common area. It is a Standard fully furnished apartment with free parking. If you move in before February 1st rent for the month of January will be paid. You will just need to provide the move in fee. The rent is $ per month with all fees and utilities included.
