THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is a very large, bath with lots of natural light and a big patio. The entire apartment is furnished as well as the bedroom. Option to keep or get rid of anything you wish in the room if it’s not for you, however it’s almost fully furnished.

YOUR SPACE:
The bedroom is large, with a good amount of closet space! You will share a large bathroom with one other girl (the bathroom is very large, has tons of storage, and is split into two areas)

IDEAL ROOMMATE
We would prefer a young professional female in their s, who’s laid back, respectful, clean and doesn’t party too hard. Hoping to find someone who goes to work as I work from home, however there is plenty of room to WFH in the large room you’d be renting as well. Proof of stable income and good rental history are a must. I love animals, but unfortunately the landlord does not allow pets (this includes cats as well.)
