I’m looking to make something work, but to succeed, I need competence, consistency, and awareness when it comes to rent. Now that’s established, let’s talk.

The Goal:
I recently got approved for a small studio downtown, but it’s not my vibe. What I’m after is a -bathroom apartment at Lafayette Towers Apartments. It’s spacious, modern, and in the perfect location.

Here are the details:
• Bath
• sq. ft.
• $/month with a $ deposit

I need a roommate to help make this happen. If we find a third person, I’ll just take one room. If not, I’m open to a -bathroom apartment instead.

About Me:
• Gamer who’s easygoing. Ideally, I’d like for my setup and one to sleep—but I’m flexible with just one room if we find a third.
• I keep to myself and stay productive with gaming, anime, manga, and working on my bucket list goals.
• No pressure or drama—just respect and shared responsibility.

• Location: Lafayette Towers Apartments in Downtown Detroit.
• Budget: Split the rent on a -bedroom unit. If you can’t commit to a three-bedroom, I’m open to just doing a -bathroom option.

Pet Info:
Lafayette Towers is a cat-friendly community. A $ non-refundable pet fee and a $ monthly pet fee are required. Registration is required prior to residency. At this time, we do not allow dogs.
