The room is unfurnished. We have a big patio with a hammock.
There’s a pool in the condo and a big lake along with a lot of nature and wild life. It’s a very calm and peaceful environment. There’s a gym and tennis courts.

You’ll need to have your documents in order. The management needs to approve you so you’ll get your parking permit and the key FOB for the gate. The management fee is $. Parking is $/year. They run a background check.
