I have a few rooms in a big beautiful house available for rent in a safe and quiet neighborhood located in Lone Mountain between Summerlin and Centennial Hills. 2 minutes from the freeway and minutes to the strip, 4 min walk to the park with plenty of parking available. Walmart, Target, Trader Joes, Wholefoods, Albertsons and tons of shopping just minutes away.

This lease is month to month so at any time you feel like this place is not for you, you can leave. All we ask is for days notice before leaving.

For single occupancy but occasional overnight guests are okay.

Amenities include a private swimming pool, pool table, shuffleboard table, air hockey table, darts, BBQ grill, maid service, reclining sofas, fast internet, washer, dryer, dishwasher, inch TV & many more.

No pets, smoking, parties, loud music
Looking for someone clean and respectful
Will check last three months of pay stubs (income = 3x rent)
