A blank canvas to decorate and call your own. Our sqft house has an identical matching sq ft basement to which we divided in half for storage and laundry but made the other side a space that could turn into a liveable space for someone who needs it. Makeshift walls, cute rugs, tons of inspiration to make it your own. This monthly price also includes utilities except if the utility company gives us a surcharge for something not on our part. We have equipment down there to give it a content temperature but a moveable heater / AC / dehumidifier will be things to invest in during the called for times of weather. We are happy to offer this $ price for a couple to split or for an individual. We won't double charge because you have a bf/gf but we won't give them a key what so ever unless you've known them and they are rent. Animals are welcome but they have to be potty trained and sorry we cannot allow big big dogs (unless ESA or service animal) as we already have 2 big babies so it'll be too much in this house. We aren't comfortable with parties or drinking in the house with friends. If you wish the drink please drink downstairs and we can't have alcohol stashes in the house or hidden bottles. Any crazy substances other than the devils lettuce or mushies are not allowed either. Anyone who wants to work hard, get on their feet, start a career, go to college, save up to get a place, were the place for you to help u set up. Parking is on the street as we don't have room in our lazily done driveway (blame the builder). Also when the smoking option is clicked we do not mean cigarettes. Never will that be a thing at our house even outside. Thank you
