I have an apartment (1 bedroom, part of a bath, male roommate) with the Arbor's to sublease for the spring semester, January-May, or January-July. It is a $ application fee, but rent is $ rent, $ insurance, or you could buy your own renter's insurance and upload proof). LMK if you are interested so we can get this process started.
Roommate is clean, quiet, grad student. Chill and keeps the place clean.
Right behind to Earle Hall, Teal Hall, and next to East Village.
