I am a -year-old female college student and working part-time, and the other tenant also works and attends university. Lease to begin from the date of the listing and moving forward. Rent for single bedroom is $ for utilities (internet, electric, water/sewer, trash, etc). Deposit is half of first month’s rent. Washer and dryer included. Housemates will have shared access to all common areas (i.e., laundry room, living/dining rooms, kitchen, deck, driveway/parking, etc.). The home is a full bath and 1 half bath with a driveway to share and ample street parking. Includes, walk-out thru patio doors to large two-level deck, with patio table/chairs, grill, and fenced back yard. Small storage area to be split among tenants. Central location, walking distance to Giant, Walmart, and restaurants. Four miles/ minutes from the center of George Mason’s campus, and minute to NOVA CC Annandale campus. Surrounded by wooded areas with walking/running trails. Access to community pool for nominal fee in the summer months. Lease term month preferred. 1 dog already resides at the house. Pets approved on individual basis and after coordinating the pet can live with the dog already on premises.
