I have a large master bedroom for rent in a home that is in a gated community across the street from Centennial Regional Park. The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The kitchen is shared. All utilities are included. One garage space is included.

The home is occupied by three girls in their s. Everyone gets along and tend to keep to themselves. We do have a preference for female renters just because everyone else in the home is female.

The lease term is 6 months and then month to month. It has the option to break the lease at any time after the first 6 months with day notice.

Credit score and income verification will be needed.

No couples. No Pets. The home has sprinklers installed so absolutely NO smoking is allowed in the house.

I plan to show the place on this Friday night or Saturday. Available for move in on Saturday the 7th.
