All Utilities Included w/ the price

Description

For rent is a room in my house with all utilities included (water, electric, gas, and wifi). The room features an attached bath. I am seeking one person only, and no pets are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Due to my out-of-state work schedule, I will not be present often. The house is located in the heart of La Follette. As the sole occupant, I do have a dog, but she accompanies me when I'm away. I am looking for a very clean and neat individual. Requirements include a background check, proof of income, and two previous renting references. Rent is $/mo.
