Need a room by End of January

Description

I am looking for a room (can be unfurnished) for end of January—June or July. Hopeful to find something with an easy transition where I can pay current tenants/roommates the fees and rent each month without having to find myself with the pressure of taking over a lease. My current rent has become to expensive so my entire goal in the next place is to save money. I work out of the city and travel for work often on weekends so I am looking for somewhere safe and comfortable to stay until Summer (June or July)
