I am a year old freelance sound recordist and camera operator looking for 1 roommate in my spacious floor) apartment. I am also an artist and am using part of the apartment to work on my paintings. The apartment is fully furnished with nearly every appliance and utensil you could need. I am renting the bedroom for $ empty or $ furnished. Water and gas for the fireplace are included and the fireplace usually heats the common area for free all winter long. The property has a pool and sauna. Credit check ($ deposit are required. The only utilities that need to be covered are electricity, internet ($/mo) and renter's insurance ($/mo).
