I’m looking for a new roommate to move into apartment at Wesbrook Mall on UBC campus starting late December or January.

Duration:
Move-In: December to early January
Move Out: Preferably August, but there is a possibility of extension

1 private bedroom + 1 bathroom (unfurnished)

About the Place:
2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms total
Includes microwave and in-unit washer/dryer
Convenient location: 5-minute walk to Save-On-Foods (Wesbrook), -minute bus ride to UBC bus-loop, or a -minute walk

About You:
Looking for female, tidy, and willing to stick to a cleaning schedule to maintain a clean and organized living space. Preferably a UBC student.

About Me:
I’m a science student currently on co-op. I’m on- most days but would appreciate someone who can be quiet when I’m working from home.
