I am the owner of this .5 bathroom house in a safe, private area located in the heart of South Euclid not far from Notre Dame College, John Carroll, and the Cleveland hospital systems very ideal for professionals, students, or couples looking to have lots of space and privacy! This is an AMAZING home in a very ideal area of South Euclid! The price is $ for BOTH bedrooms on the first floor plus a flat fee of $ for ALL utilities including internet, gas, electric, parking, water, sewer, landscaping, snowplow, etc. Open to splitting as well. I do a background check which shows income, credit, and criminal history. First month's rent and security deposit of $ due at signing of the lease. If we collectively decide to get a third roommate, I am open to reducing the monthly rent and utility fee if we collectively decide to get a 3rd person starting at the beginning of the third roommates lease. I am years old and am looking for people to live with who are friendly and positive, as my current roommate is ending his grad program and moving out. I am living in the upstairs part of the house and I am renting out the two bedrooms on the first floor. I want someone to feel at home with this house and I want to enjoy living with them. I believe I am pretty easy to live with, as I mostly just work, exercise, read, and hang with family/friends. I do not smoke and very rarely drink (mostly an early-bird). I love life and want to live with someone positive who feels the same. I'm very easygoing and friendly! I just work a lot. The first floor includes a very large full bathroom, den/workspace with a built in large desk, large living room, and an updated spacious, shared kitchen with all new appliances! The house has a 3-car garage, nice lawn space, and TONS of storage and space! All new luxury vinyl flooring, renovated bathrooms, brand new appliances, ceiling fans, etc.!
