2 Bedroom Apartment in Topsham, ME

Hi, I'm Hayden, and I'm looking for a roommate as soon as possible. My last potential roommate bailed at the last second because he could not afford his half.

By the end of this month, (hopefully you) and I will be moving into this well-maintained 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Topsham, ME. There is a listing in regards to this apartment, where rent is listed as $, but I will only be asking for $ plus half of utilities (heat (natural gas), electricity, internet) from you. To move in, my very lovely and personable landlord is asking for first month's rent and a security deposit of $ of which I will be asking to recieve from you.

The apartment is located in downtown Topsham above a veterinary clinic, which our landlord works out of (you will not be able to hear any barking, don't worry). It has a private entrance toward the back of the building, which opens to a stairwell. The stairwell leads up, to two apartments. The one on the left will be ours, and the one of the right belongs to our young () neighbor, who is relatively quiet and focused on his job. There is a washer and dryer in the unit itself, 2 parking spaces available for us, and trash removal, plowing, water and sewer are all covered. There is no smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises, and no pets, sorry.

The area surrounding the apartment is perfect for someone who enjoys having quick access to shops. Everything from Meineke, Home Depot, Hannafords, Market Basket, restaurants like the , or Kume, etc. is all within walking distance.
