Hi there!

I am looking for 1 person to sublease/takeover my lease starting December/January until the end of July of at the apartment complex Union on Alley!

There are currently 2 girls living in the apartment. They are great, nice, and fun girls who love chill nights but also go out and socialize on the weekend. One of the girls is attending Colorado State and finishing out her final year, while the other does online classes. Also, one of the roommates has a chill, sweet, and playful dog that is kennel trained!

The current lease goes until the end July of but I’m graduating in December and I am wanting to get a job in Denver. I can be flexible with my move-out date to accommodate whoever is willing to sublease at that time.

The rent will likely be around $ month, you get your own private room and bathroom. Rent does NOT include electricity, water, and gas. I also do pay an extra $ a month for parking, but that is optional!

The apartment is in a great neighborhood that is right by campus. It is walkable distance to the Rec center and Moby. There are amenities that you get access to like a gym, rooftop pool, game room, hot tubs and grills. The place is really close to downtown Fort Collins and local breweries.
