The large room is $ and smaller room is $ - first & last is required for either room you choose Located less than 5 minutes away from Hwy , Apple Hill, & bus stop. I’m seeking a clean, respectful, and quiet roommate. Rent includes all utilities, washer & dryer, parking, cable/wifi, use of all public areas & mostly private bathroom but keep in mind, these are shared spaces & everyone is required to clean up after themselves. One large bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms that are being rented out. You’ll be sharing the home with a clean, respectful female whose room is located on the opposite side of the house and she has her own bathroom. There’s plenty of storage throughout the house and you’ll have your own designated areas for your belongings. No couples or children please. No pets. Must be employed or going to school. No partying, no hard drugs, but smoking outside is fine. First & last required for move in. At least two references are required.
