Needing a room for 2

He's . We don't drink or do drugs. I smoke cigarettes but he doesn't. I always smoke outside, but never leave trash on the ground. He works weekdays, normal dayshift hours. I work from home or wherever I am at the time. We're looking for a private room with a private bathroom if possible, but not necessary. Our budget is $ & under. Would prefer East Dallas area, Pleasant Grove, Mesquite, Northeast Dallas, or Southwest Garland area. He would like to stay near his boss because they ride together. We both have our own cars, but more than willing to park on the street.
