It’s a nice place, base rent is $ and it goes up depending on how much utilities are used, it comes with a free gym, car wash station, laundry room, kitchen, and more, I’m a very social person so no need to be shy around me but I can stay out of your way if needed, you’ll get your own private room and bathroom but a shared kitchen and laundry room. The apartment has a Waffle House and a gas station down the road it’s only about a 3 minute walk
