Room for rent plus deposit

I’m renting rooms out in the house that I live. I’m a truck driver so I come and go. They have kitchen access as long as they clean up after their self and they also have laundry access as long as they clean up after their self the rooms are $ a month plus $ deposit no drugs and alcohol and if you’re a smoker it’s strictly outside I maintain the property so you don’t have to worry about that it’s for rent for one person no stay overs and no animals
