Hello! I am looking for a room in the house /apartment or a flatmate to move in together by the th of November max. Preferable to live with a female, but I can consider options. I would like to have a private bathroom. Location Dallas, close to OAK Lawn, will be ideal.
About me: Ukrainian, I work from home, I don't smoke or drink, no drugs. I am neat and organized, I clean, and I cook (meal preps for a week, so tWoe times a week). I am easy to deal with and communicate with, and so far, you have shown respect and kindness. I have no kids or pets. I would love to live in a peaceful and drama-free environment. I am very responsible and I guarantee that I will not have problems with a payment. Can provide a reference from my current landlord. I don't mind passing through a background check.
