Ocean beach room for rent!

Please have a complete profile with pictures and a description of yourself when you contact me. I have a 2 bedroom apartment located at the entrance of the Ocean Beach neighborhood. Very friendly and quiet neighbors. There is a big dog park located right behind me and we are walking distance to the beach. All utilities are included and high-speed wifi. We have a pool and laundry room. All appliances are new. Common areas fully furnished. I do have a dog hes a weimaraner, he's friendly with people and other pets. If you do have a pet that will be an additional fee monthly. I do work from home so if your interested in coming to look at it or would like to ask questions feel free. I am looking for someone with stable income and drama free. I dont personally smoke but I dont mind. The room comes w/ a cali king air mattress and a TV stand everything else will be removed.
