The room has views of the Hollywood sign & was professionally cleaned on . The room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with dishware, cooking utensils, etc. available. We also have a washer & dryer you’d be welcome to use. Shelves & fridge/freezer space will be available for you in the kitchen. Please note that there is not a ton of space, so someone with limited furniture would be ideal. NO PARKING AVAILABLE. //streetWe have two cats & a dog. They’re our babies, & we love animals but we are a full household so no pets please! Open if it’s a good fit!Bree does pottery & has a home studio that she frequently works from in the living room but works out of the house M-F. Jordyn works from home full time M-F & will require quiet hours for meetings between . We are EXTREMELY clean. It is imperative to us that our home is treated with cleanliness & respect. Cleaning up after yourself & maintaining cleanliness both in the public spaces & the room/bathroom are an absolute must.We are frequent marijuana smokers. We absolutely welcome other smokers as well. Circling back to cleanliness, our windows are always open for ventilation when we smoke & we take great care in making sure our place smells amazing even as frequent smokers :)As we are a lesbian couple, allies are welcome, queers are more welcome!! 🌈 We are a quiet, year old couple renting a room inside our home, & you will not be on the lease. We do not party or go out frequently. This room would be best suited for a student or someone who works nearby without a car or a ton of furniture. No large gatherings or parties.Rent is $ a month. WiFi & all utilities are included in the rent. First & last month rent will be due upon move in as a security deposit ($ total). MUST PROVE YOU ARE EMPLOYED FULL TIME AND CAN PAY RENT.
