We are looking for a non-smoking, nice, financially stable, male roommate. This is a newer home, just down the street from the Sacramento river. The closet is good sized, the bathroom is shared, and the bedroom is furnished with the basics: bed, dresser, desk, chair, and nightstand… the rest is up to you. The bedroom is for one person only. We have street parking available.

We are located in West Sacramento near the Southport Town Center Plaza shopping in West Sacramento, CA. A good address for you to use to map to see if this is a good location for you is the Nugget Market.

Our home is close to the interstate, highways, and freeways. The Sacramento river is walking distance from our house. We are miles to the Capitol building. We are ten miles from California State University, Sacramento campus. We are fourteen miles from UC Davis campus. We are eleven miles from Delta Shores shopping center, and sixteen miles from Elk Grove City Hall.

We are employed men with busy lives, and the house is very quiet and clean.… and we like it that way! : ) We are looking for someone who is nice, financially responsible, doesn’t smoke, no drugs, no marijuana, no parties. Sorry, no pets, I am allergic.
