Hi, my name is Mary. I am a 22-year old professional. I am looking for a woman to room with. The room is in Grand Rapids and the monthly rent will be $650 plus utilities. The room will be available on November 25th. I prefer to keep a tidy space and would love a roommate who prefers the same. The house recently underwent renovations and now has new windows, carpets, and cabinets. Pets are not allowed on the property per my landlords request. I work 8:00AM-4:30PM MF and am therefore earlyish to rise (I am pretty quiet between 10:30PM-6:30AM on weekdays). There is a twocar garage on the property that will have room for one car if you have one (my smaller car will occupy the other portion). I have a couch and a small tv that will be in the living room, as well as some other smaller furniture items (end tables, lamps, etc.). I am flexible with guests in the house, as long as I am given a reasonable notice ahead of time. Alcohol possession and consumption is okay in the house but smoking and vaping of any kind is prohibited.
