New Apartment Room + Bath for rent

Description

Northhaven, new apartment complex, brand new apartment. Looking for a roommate to live in a 2/2 apartment. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. Someone who is relatively clean and respectful. Preferably someone who is Christian like myself although not necessary. You would pay $1166.13 base rent plus $60-80 (depending on usage) in utilities and $30 for wifi. I already live in the apartment, my current roommate is moving to another state for work.
