Monthly rent $650, Security Deposit $650, Onetime Movein Fee $150. Monthly rent includes utilities and wifi. Available for movein after Nov 7. Private room available in our historic house in Pico Union, conveniently located between Downtown LA and Koreatown. The room can fit a twin or full size bed and a small desk. It also comes with two storage and closet spaces. The house has high ceilings, wooden floors, and plenty of natural sunlight throughout the day. Shared spaces include a small kitchen, dining area, patio, and balcony. There are also shared bathrooms for tenants to use. The common areas are professionally cleaned once a month, and we ask everyone to clean up after themselves. Our current tenants are all men in their 20s and 30s with different jobs and backgrounds. We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and enjoys a quiet living environment. House rules include no smoking in or near the property, no overnight guests, and quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. We require a rental application, credit history review, and a background check through Roomster.
