We are a home of busy, professional young women looking for a similar housemate. Rent is $980/month, monthtomonth lease, all utilitiesinternet included. Housemates must be very clean, and able to get along well with others. Our home is pleasant, clean, and friendly and wed like to keep it that way. You must be able to easily afford rent. There is a STRICT NO PETS POLICY and absolutely NO CIGARETTE SMOKING (cannabis outside is okay). Our home is a spacious, newly remodeled, ranchstyle 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom in a great location in South Natomas. Each bedroom has a big closet with huge mirror doors and each bathroom is shared with one other roommate. We have easy access to I-5 and I-80, plenty of parking, garage and separate laundry room. We are 10 min from downtown and very close to all sorts of shopping and entertainment. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We have keypad locks on the doors (everyone has a personal code, no keys needed). There is a spacious backyard with a fire pit, BBQ, covered patio and sauna. The house is great for entertaining, and we are sociable, but no wild parties please
