Hello, Im looking for 1 other roommate to share a home with located in Rincon Valley, Santa Rosa. 1 out of 2 rooms have been taken. There is one furnished small bedroom available however it can be unfurnished if youd prefer that! The whole house is accessible including sunroom, only off limits room within sunroom. Bedroom pricemonth rent: $1,350 included: washer, dryer, WiFi, utilities, and cleaning. not interested in renting to couples each room is 10x10 square feet My goal is to maintain the home very clean home, so all that is required is you take care of your own room, maintain a clean bathroom, leave shared areas the same way you found them after use. This helps keep the home clean, tidy and is considerate of the next person using the space. I think those small things make it much easier for everyone to enjoy living together. I am preferably looking for women in my age range (18-25.) however it does not matter One important house rule is we dont wear shoes in the house Id really like to find people who are kind, respectful towards house rules, tidy, communicate openly, and who like the idea of a peaceful, friendly, social environment where everyone feels comfortable I do have a cat.
