Looking for Roommate - Rochester MI

Room available November 1st. Im looking to rent out my room in Rochester. The house is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house located right outside Dinosaur Hill Park and walkable to downtown Rochester. Price includes all utilities, including gigabit speed internet. I have a professional monthly cleaner so the place stays quite clean. I do; however, volunteer at an animal shelter and I ended up with one cat and two kittens - so pet friendly is a requirement. No gender or age preference, but I think someone in the same "phase" of life would be a better fit (working professionalgrad student). Shoot me a message for the addresstour!
