Looking for Roommate in Brea CA

Description

Hello! I am looking for a roommate to move into a spare room I have open with a private bathroom. It is a split level apartment, so it has a loft feel to it. Living room is spacious and the room has a private bathroom attached. Comes with full access to kitchen, which has a dishwasher, stove, oven, and sink. Laundry room is right infront of the apartment and you will have access to the pool. It has a patio area and a large gate, so the property has privacy. If interested, you will have to fill out an application from the rental office to be put on the lease
