Youd have the entire first floor to yourself, including your own bedroom, a full bathroom and a garage spot. The second floor has an open living room and kitchen that wed all share, as well as a covered Patio. The house is only about a 5-minute drive from Boise State University, (or 4 minutes with an electrical scooter) so its a great location if youre a student.
