🏡 Family of 4 Looking for a Home in Manhattan – CityFHEPS Voucher Hello everyone! 😊❤️ We are a loving family of four searching for a place to call home in Manhattan. My little boy, Jonathan, is 6 years old and has autism. He attends a special education school in Lower Manhattan, so finding an apartment closer to his school would make a huge difference in our daily lives and his wellbeing. Weve been searching tirelessly for a home, but it has been challenging. We are really hoping to find a safe, comfortable, and stable place where our children can grow and thrive. ❤️ 🏠 Our Rental Profile: * Family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) * CityFHEPS voucher: $2,997/month for a 2-bedroom apartment, including utilities * We have an assigned tenant portion that we are responsible for paying. * Preferred location: Manhattan, especially Harlem or anywhere closer to Lower Manhattan. * Looking for a longterm home. * Available for apartment viewings at any time. * Ready to move as soon as possible. We are a quiet, responsible, familyoriented household, and we would take great care of our future home. If you are a landlord, property manager, real estate agent, or know of any available apartments that might work for our family, please reach out to me. 🙏 Any leads, recommendations, or connections would mean so much to us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping our family find a home! ❤️🏡
