Sunny room in quiet NoPo house

Available November 1st. Large bedroom on the second floor of a house near N Alberta and N Albina (walking distance to Mississippi neighborhood). Lots of natural light, with south- and westfacing windows, a nice window seat, hardwood floors, AC, and a walkin closet. Room is currently furnished (but could come unfurnished if you prefer) There is ample room for a queen bed, a desk, and a little sitting area in the corner. Utilities, including WiFi, usually run $60–$100 extra. Shared bathroom, laundry and storage in the basement, offstreet parking available, and a backyard. No smoking and no pets. The house is a two story over an unfinished basement (with lots of storage)... a comfortable and cared for space. The kitchen and common areas are fully stocked and set up (but enough room if youve got a few pieces youd like to contribute), and there is a dedicated cabinet and shelf space for you. Easy for the right person to fit in and feel at home here. Two people currently live here (youd be the third). One is a man in his forties, loves reading, cooking and being in nature, and is a writer and researcher who travels for work, sometimes for weeks at a time in Canada. The other is a woman in her forties who works in healthcare and social work, works a fulltime job outside the house, and loves movie nights in the living room. Both have lived here for years. The house is calm and low key. Looking for someone mature and responsible with a steady job who is easy to live with and is out during the day more often than not.
