Cozy Bedroom w/ Private Bath

Description

Fully furnished bedroom w/ private bath and shared home. The home is shared by my wife and I, and were ultimately looking to rent out a room to traveling nurses or other medical professionals! The home is a new build and we have a sweet Australian Cattle Dog on the property as well so no additional pets are permitted. The room has everything you need: UnderBed Storage, Office, Gym, Mini Fridge, Blackout Curtains, Full Closet, Private bathroom, and a perfect view of the mountains just outside the window to enjoy your morning coffee! The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and the room is located on the opposite side of the home from where my wife and I stay. The listing is $1500/month, but this includes utilities, WiFi, and rent. Were looking to rent the room by month (minimum), but if you have any questions, feel free to ask away!
